INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 reg. EU n. 2016/679 (GDPR)

"consent of the interested party": any manifestation of free, specific, informed and unequivocal will of the interested party, with which the same expresses his assent, by means of an unequivocal positive declaration or action, that the personal data concerning him are object of treatment ;

“personal data breach”: a breach of security which results in the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, modification, unauthorized disclosure or access to personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed.

2.     OWNER OF THE TREATMENT​

10.      RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY​

The interested party may, at any time, pursuant to articles 15 and 22 GDPR, exercise the right to:

a)    request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data;

b)    obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the retention period;

c)     obtain data portability (portability means the transmission of personal data to another data controller without impediments by the data controller to whom they were provided);

d)    revoke consent to processing at any time. In this case, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent before the withdrawal;

e)    ask the owner to access personal data and to rectify or cancel them or limit their processing;

f)     propose a complaint to a supervisory authority. In this case, it is indicated that the competent authority for Italy is the Guarantor for the protection of personal data (Privacy Guarantor: www.garanteprivacy.it).

The interested party will also be made aware of any violation that affects his data. For this purpose, the owner will take steps in the ways reasonably permitted to send the news of the violation to the interested party, also with the collaboration of third parties involved with the interested party in the relationship by virtue of which the data have been made available to Jointly .
